     I can't wait to meet you! To begin your fresh beauty experience fill out the New Client Application Form below.  Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted via text or email within 48 hours to set up a consultation or an appointment. Consultations are required for first time Haircut, Hair Color, Grey Hair Transitioning, Hair Mesh Intergration & Extensions, Custom Units (Wigs), and Japanese Straightening clients.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm first appointments. I will send a Square Invoice or you can send the deposit via Venmo: @Natanya7W. Once the deposit is paid if you haven't done so, you can book your appointment online here. One reschedule, if your appointment is canceled within 24-hours is allowed. Cancelations, appointments canceled in less than 24 hours, and no-shows will result in total loss of deposit, and service must be prepaid in full to reschedule. The deposit is applied to your total after service.

     Clients receive a text message reminder 24-hours before their scheduled appointments If you receive a reminder and you can no longer make that appointment it is required that you text or email the salon that day. This ensures a respected time frame for all cancellations, giving me time to offer the appointment to another client on my waiting list.  Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with or without less than 24 hours' notice, will be required to prepay the full service price to book appointments for future services or may be removed from my schedule. Same day and no call no shows are both subject to being charged a minimum of 50% up to 100% of the service booked. Clients who "No Show/No Call" will forfeit their deposit and will not receive future appointments.

     Emergencies happen and some things are out of our control, please reach out via text or email if you have questions about these policies.

 

     We do not offer refunds on services delivered, we do offer a 3 day grace period on most hair services and eyelash extensions, however it does not apply to Color Corrections and Custom Units (Wigs). If you cancel or reschedule a free touch-up appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or if you no-show your appointment, you will no longer be eligible to receive a free grace period touch-up. Finally, we thank you in advance for understanding that we do not honor free touch-ups for clients who return with services from another establishment.  After the third day a Touch-up fee applies.

     Free touch-ups may not be honored for eyelash extensions in the following cases:

​

  • If you have not washed your lashes (after the initial 24-hour period) as indicated in your aftercare instructions

  • If you have applied any sort of mascara, strip lash or cluster to your eyelash extensions

  • If you are late to your free touch-up appointment

​

     All deposits and fees billed via Square invoices and are due when upon receipt and card information is kept on file.
