     I can't wait to meet you! To  begin your fresh beauty experience fill out the New Client Application Form below.  Once you have submitted your application you will be contacted via text or email within 24 hrs to set up a consultation or an appointment. Consultations are required for first time Hair Color, Hair Extensions, Custom Units (Wigs), and Japanese Straightening clients and there is a $30 deposit for consultations for these services. I ask that a deposit be made for all first time clients to secure their appointments/consultations. The deposit ranges from $15 to $30 depending on the price of the service. The deposit will be applied to future services if your appointment falls within two weeks of your original consultation. The deposit is submitted via Square Invoices to the email used on your new client application. Once the invoice is paid your consultation/appointment will be scheduled. Your credit card is securely kept on file with Square for enforcement of our cancellation policy and is required for your first appointment to be made.


     Clients receive a text message reminder 24 hrs before their scheduled appointments If you receive a reminder and you can no longer make that appointment it is required that you text or email the salon that day. This ensures a respected time frame for all cancellations, giving me time to offer the appointment to another client on my waiting list.  Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice, will be required to pay a deposit or prepay the full service price to book appointments for future services or may be removed from my schedule. Same day and no call no shows are both subject to being charged a minimum of 50% up to 100% of the service booked. Clients who "No Show/No Call" will forfeit their deposit and will not receive future appointments.

     Emergencies happen and some things are out of our control, please reach out via text or email if you have questions about these policies.


     We do not offer refunds on services delivered, we do offer a 3 day grace period on most hair services and eyelash extensions, however it does not apply to Color Corrections and Custom Units (Wigs). If you cancel or reschedule a free touch-up appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or if you no-show your appointment, you will no longer be eligible to receive a free grace period touch-up. Finally, we thank you in advance for understanding that we do not honor free touch-ups for clients who return with services from another establishment.  After the third day a Touch-up fee applies. 

     Free touch-ups may not be honored for eyelash extensions in the following cases:

  • If you have not washed your lashes (after the initial 24-hour period) as indicated in your aftercare instructions

  • If you have applied any sort of mascara, strip lash or cluster to your eyelash extensions

  • If you are late to your free touch-up appointment

     All deposits and fees are billed via Square invoices and are due when upon receipt.
